INSTRUCTIONS FOR UPDATING YOUR ACCOUNT

As part of our website upgrade, we are asking all of our current customers to reset their accounts by setting up a new password. This should only take a few minutes and will ensure you can access your old purchase history and can easily purchase products in the future under your existing email address.

Simply click this link, put in the email address that you have an OLVS Store account, and hit the “Reset My Password” button.

If an account exists under that email address, you will receive a follow-up email with a link to reset your password. Simply click that link, which will redirect you to a page on our store where you can enter a new, strong password. Hit submit, and then you should be all set with your new account!

As with any update of this type, we ask for your patience in the first few weeks and months as we work out any kinks in the new system.
