Changing Course?

Mid-Year Enrollment is for the student who needs to take a different educational approach but has already completed a semester at another institution. Mid-Year Enrollment follows the same format as Full Enrollment but with only one semester, and it brings all the benefits of Full Enrollment.

Mid-year Enrollment Steps:

Send previous academic records if applicable.

If your student is transferring from another institution or is in high school, fill out our Records Request Form and forward it to his previous institution. These records will then be sent to the OLVS registrar’s office for review. A $25 review fee will apply to students entering past Grade 9. Please call the office to arrange payment or if you have any further questions.

Call the OLVS office to complete registration and enrollment.

With this option, it is necessary for the enrollment and registration to be completed over the phone. Once the enrollment is complete, lesson plans for your student’s grade level will automatically be mailed to you.

Purchase books.

Visit our OLVS Store to purchase the necessary course materials based on your student's grade. You can also find bundles organized by grade and elective courses, which are fully customizable so you can remove any books you may already own.
