Our Lady of Victory School takes its customers' satisfaction seriously. If you receive a book in error, please contact the office immediately. We will make arrangements to retrieve the mistaken book and ship the correct one at no extra cost to you.
Returns for unwanted items are for credit to your OLVS account only; no cash refunds. All returns must be pre-approved; please call the office and ask for the book return department. Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
All Lesson Plan sales are final. They cannot be returned for credit or refund.
Customers may return books as new within 90 days of purchase date. Up to a 30% restocking fee will be charged for returns. Items will also be evaluated upon return to make sure that they can still be sold in new condition, so please package the return items carefully so that they will not be damaged in transit.
Customers may return books as used within 1 year of purchase date. Books will be evaluated for quality, so please package carefully to avoid damage in transit.
- Hardcover books and complete Saxon sets of current editions will receive 33% credit
- Softcover books will receive 15% credit. Please evaluate the cost of the items, as the credit may be less than the actual cost of shipping.
We will not issue credits for books purchased more than one year before, as new editions with changes and corrections will have been issued in the meantime. However, we will accept donations of these items for use by families with financial difficulties, and upon request we can send a statement showing the donation for use as a tax credit.
Please do not return the following items, as no credit can be given at any time:
- All CDs and DVDs (unless still in cellophane wrap).
- All Lesson Plans
- All books purchased from us already in USED or DONATED condition.
- Books not in our curriculum.
- Books not purchased from Our Lady of Victory.
N.B: Books sent to us which are not in our curriculum or were purchased from other vendors will not be returned. We will dispose of them at our discretion unless the customer contacts us to inform us of the error and arrange to pay for the items to be shipped back to them.
