Some simple considerations to help you in making your decision to return books. · New Returns are for credit to your OLVS account only, no cash refunds. · You are responsible for all return postage costs. · 10% restock fee for new books returned within 30 days of purchase date. · 30% restock fee for new books returned within 90 days of purchase date. · All DVD's and CD's are non-returnable. · Used items (any item purchased over 90 days prior to arrival at OLVS) will no longer be accepted for credit to your account. · You may donate Used Items for use by a needy family. We will distribute these on an "as available" basis. DO NOT return the following items, as they are no longer in our curriculum:
