IMPORTANT NOTES:
  1. If you are a first-time customer, i.e., if you do not have a previously established account with OLVS, we strongly suggest that you send your down payment by Visa or MasterCard or in the form of a money order. This will significantly speed up the processing of your order, since our policy is to hold orders from first-time customers who have paid by personal check, until that check clears.


  2. Please allow more time for orders placed in the latter part of August and early September, due to the increased volume of orders at that time.


  3. You may keep most of the books for your other children to use. Families who have had students enrolled or using our satellite program may return books at the end of the year. Up to 50% credit for books in reusable condition will be given. Any credit will be applied to your account; we no longer issue refund checks. Credit will not be given for books returned more than 18 (eighteen) months after the initial shipping date. Books that are received after that time will be made available to our many needy home-schooling families.


  4. COPY RESTRICTION NOTICE: With this request to purchase and use the lesson plans, instructions, and textbooks of Our Lady of Victory School, I solemnly promise, on my word of Honor, that I will use this material for the education of my own children, or those children enrolled full time in our school.

    I will not copy, or allow others to copy this material for use by any other student(s), parent(s), or any other persons without the written permission of the Director of Our Lady of Victory School. I understand that if I should violate this solemn promise I may be subject to civil suit and payment of damages.


  5. REFUNDS: There are no refunds, reduction or remission for lesson plans or tuition for late enrollment, early withdrawal, or removal of a student.
