COPY RESTRICTION NOTICE: With this request to purchase and use the lesson plans, instructions, textbooks, workbooks, and answer keys of Our Lady of Victory School, I solemnly promise, on my word of honor as a Catholic, that I will use this material for the education of my own children, or those children enrolled full time in our school. I will not copy, or allow others to copy these materials for use by any other student(s), parent(s), or any other entity, without the prior written permission of the Director of Our Lady of Victory School. I understand that if I violate this solemn promise, I may be subject to prosecution, and payment of damages and legal fees.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

PAYMENTS: We can accept Visa and Master Card, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, or personal checks. If you are a new customer, there will be a ten (10) day hold placed on all orders that are paid with personal checks.

International Families: All payments must be made by credit card, or international money orders, in U.S. funds.

Once purchased, LESSON PLANS sales are FINAL. They cannot be returned for credit or refund.

If you are purchasing “Books Only”, these purchases are FINAL. You may not return books. Fully Enrolled or Satellite students may return new books within 90 days of purchase date. Up to a 30% Restock Fee will be charged for all items in brand NEW condition. ALL OTHER RETURNS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED.

Book returns are for credit toward future purchases only. NO CASH REFUNDS. Prices are subject to change.

USED BOOKS: If used books are requested, you will receive (at a reduced price) any used books that we have in stock. There is no guarantee that we will have used books at the time of your order.

REFUNDS: There are no reductions, refunds, or remission of the price for lesson plans, registration fees, books, or tuition for late enrollments, early withdrawals, or removal of a student from our program.

SIMPLE CONSIDERATIONS:

Returns are for credit to your OLVS account only, no cash refunds.

New books must be in new resalable condition upon arrival at OLVS. (Pack them carefully!)

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.

10% restock fee for new books returned within 30 days of purchase date.

30% restock fee for new books returned within 90 days of purchase date.

33% credit for hardcover used books returned 3 months to 1 year after the purchase date.

15% credit for softcover used books returned 3 months to 1 year after the purchase date

No credit for purchases over 1 year.

You may donate Used or New items for use by a needy family. We will distribute these on an "as available" basis.
